13m Trawler Style Liveaboard
Boat Name: Santa Maria
Features
Santa Maria was built in 1955 for the Italians; fishing hapuka and crays in Cook Strait, and subsequently worked various roles around much of the rest of the country. She is sound and in great order, full of character and a great sea boat. Professionally converted around 20 years ago and much admired since. Slipped and antifouled November ’22, she is a credit to her current owners with all general maintenance taken care of with much love.
Her Stern area is expansive and she has full walk-around capability, making her a great boat for fishing a number of people.
She has a readily accessible Head with Flush toilet and shower. Stepping into the Saloon we have the Galley to Port and a small settee to Starboard. The Dining arrangement can also be re-configured to allow another Double bed. With the main owners suite in the Vee and down a few steps, this allows very private sleeping for two couples.
Her Gardiner is in good order and cruising at 8 knots.
